I'm liking the direction of the business cards Venkat! The cord is more loose and smooth. I would suggest making the website link bolder, it looks too light to me.
I do like the new look for the stationery letterhead as well. It doesn't look that busy or distracting.
The inside of the envelope, I'm not so sure about having the repeated pattern in there. Maybe instead of seeing the character, you could have the records as a pattern. Provides more variety, as well as the fact that I am already seeing the character's head four times on the envelope. Again, something else that could be use as a focal point wouldn't hurt to try. :)
