I like the design of the van, I am not sure of the background though. Is it a desert or a beach? I cannot tell to be honest.
I think the one thing to change (besides continuing to take on background) is probably the smile on the character's face. I think having the eyes alone showing the glee can work. Plus, it keeps it consistent with the logo mark you created at the beginning.
The typeface is good, so I wouldn't suggest to change it.

You know what Venkat? I just relooked at the design, and I see the eye being closed now, instead of looking like a smile.
Maybe push the eye closed inward inside the oval instead of on the line? That way it may not look confusing. Just a thought. :)
