haha, its like the photoshop logo. thats cool. i would maybe make your name all lowercase or all caps. or capitalize the g in your last name.
It's nice, but it doesn't specifically say or remind me of "Venkat". The typeface is an interesting choice. What if you could come up with some illustrative mark to go along with the initials?
It's like your part of the periodic table.
